Combination of the “Federal” Reserve increasing the money supply by 40% since last year and the price of metals in the Cats increasing a lot over past few years

They get about $100-$200 for each Cat depending how much metal is still in them.

I tried buying used OEM Cats at first and learned it’s illegal to buy used Cats here in Cali.

What is the justification of the price discrepancy?

Let's be frank. Some people don't believe in covid, that's foolish. Covid is a real thing.

Some people believe too much in covid and are afraid to live, you know the type- wiping down grocery carts and wearing a mask by themselves in cars or on hiking trails. That's foolish too. Outdoor transmission is beyond rare and it doesn't transmit by touching objects like the flu.

Then we have the problem of the proud vaccinated who look down on the not vaccinated as if they are idiots. If you want to get vaccinated that's cool, but don't think you're superior to somebody who chooses not to be vaccinated.

It's at 2% in the US, not counting variants, but I guess I see your point that getting a vaccination is equivalent to a the holocaust and MO is clearly not part of the US.

The REDUCTION (not elimination) of the influenza virus was due to distancing and masks. Way to prove you should be listening to the CDC instead of the voices in your head.

Isn't it mind boggling that its illegal to buy used cats, but it isn't illegal to sell used cats to metal recycling?

While it may be illegal, who would know you installed used cats? My cats that came with my truck are used, so installing used cats would work fine. No idea why its illegal to buy used cats, thats should be on the list of senseless laws.

along with politics, I wish covid was added to list for here, it never ends well.

@Darkness , to me it’s a personal decision we all have to make or at least consider. Also could not have expressed it any differently….Thanks for sharing.

Also, who the hell is Frank :monocle::)

Mainly, metals were shorted with paper derivatives by the banks for years. Once it was clear the actual metal supply was in short supply the whole thing blew up.

Palladium increased 10 fold. Basically what Reddit people did with GME/AMC to the naked short sellers happened to the metals that are used in Cats

Can you clarify if those numbers are from people who died from covid or people who had covid when they died?

Facebook did experiments on live users in 2014 to see if they could manipulate their emotions.
18% of Americans trust the media.
13% of Americans trust their government.

Funny seeing references to the flu. I haven't had the flu in 4 years, haven't had a flu shot in 8 years and prior to that had not had one since the 90s.

I wasn't social distancing for 4 years. I asked a doctor how they avoid getting sick when their job is to meet with people who have contagious sickness. He laughed and said he doesn't touch his face and washes his hands often. I adopted that and it works.

Once in a while I still pick my nose.

Well I’ll be damn, I can save some of wrist action for other duties. Just checked my 04 and as usual learned something new here….yep, 10 years and never knew it, keep the knowledge flowing but stop this damn 3 day rain we are dealing with. However, I use to love canoeing on Spring River right after heavy rain….those were the days

Was raised in canoe, Dad, God rest his soul, was Eagle Scout so knew his shit BUT he used to piss me off in my early teens. He’d put me in back to steer closeeee to bank so he could knock the damn snakes into the canoe

Went to work today wearing jeans. Bad idea. Everyone is wearing shorts and it’s like the AC is set to turn on at 80F or something.
