I found this site to read through real world opinions of the truck before buying one. This site definitely helped in making the decision, so thank you.

The one I bought is a 2010 Blue Streak Metallic Toyota Tundra CrewMax 5.7L.

The space and comfort in the CrewMax is what sold me.

It came with a bed liner, tri-fold tonneau cover, tow package, and polished chrome round tube step bars. After reading through this site, I will definitely be getting the backup camera once I get the after market radio. Somehow mine didn't come with even the aux.

Welcome from Connecticut. Congratulations on the purchase. That blue color is awesome (but then I'm a bit biased. )

No, it's just something that CarMax does whenever you buy a car from them.

The blue color had me. I'm eventually going to work through a chrome delete on this. I discovered the other day that the rear window tint is actually too much. I was trying to see behind me at an angle my side mirrors couldn't see, to see if there was any oncoming traffic. I thought, "OK, I need to remove my sun glasses." That wasn't enough. Rolled down the back passenger window, and sure enough 4 cars were right there. I won't get rid of it completely, but I have to lighten it up.

Loved my 2010 and miss some things about it. the storage cubbies and xtra glove box. Check out the rear view mirror backup camera option it's plug & play. Need to open up the tailgate, run that wiring to harness in back of truck, pull plug, and plug in tailgate harness. The new mirror with homelink, dimming etc.. and backup screen is plug & play also. There is a wire for backup camera up in the headliner. Wiring should be there or are you saying it is not there? I didn't think I'd like the rear view mirror backup screen, but it was very good and intuitive. I like it better than the current screen on dash now. IMO. Not cheap but excellent OEM quality and great system including the autodiming and homelink.

I've looked into this, but I'm going to get the aftermarket tailgate replacement, run it through to the back of the aftermarket radio I'm going to put in later. I don't know if it's possible or compatible, but I did see a video on YouTube where they install the backup cam in place of the front sunglasses holder in the headliner. They mention the cable that's already preran there. I thought it would be cool to somehow setup a small camera on the front bumper to help with parking in the front. Just pop the camera down when I need it, and put it up when I don't. I'm not sure if it will work that way though.

I'm still getting used to the length of this truck when backing up without a backup camera for now since I'm coming from a Mustang. I backup, think I'm about to hit, so I stop, get out, and I have like 4-5ft left. I'm planning to get a trailer at some point as well, so the backup cam will be great for lining up the hitch.

I just came from a Mustang too! I agree about the backup camera. Hubs 2008 doesn't have one & it was a bear getting the boat hooked up... Def a 2 person job. Now I'm just mad mine didn't come with a bow! :p I don't miss my Mustangs at all after driving my Tundra, as much as I loved them. Welcome from TN!

Yeah, I went from a 3.8L V6 mustang to a 5.7L V8 Tundra. It's over twice the HP, and even though it weights 2500+lbs more than the Mustang, it could easily outrun it. While I won't be able to corner like the mustang, it's still a lot more fun to drive.

Ha! That's funny! I went from a 2007 Supercharged Saleen Mustang with upgrades at 525 hp. The 2014 Tundra feels like a slug... But the 2008 Tundras have a crazy throttle! I can peel out in my hubbys... :D Enjoy your awesome throttle!
