I guess I don't understand the why of "leveling". Is it that you mean you are jacking up the whole truck? Just the front or rear? Why?
Most times my new Tundra has been parked in our drive since we got it in March and the driveway is on a downward slope so I thought the rear end is always a lil taller. Next to my 2010 it seems like the rear is noticeably higher but I had not given it much thought.
I have a plow on my '10 and have hated that the minute man plow mount of Fisher has always lowered my clearance over rocks and stuff in the woods roads where I hunt. The mount cut my clearance by it seems 3-4 inches.
So now thinking I'm going to sell the old truck and move plow to new truck. Have you guys raised the front to get back this clearance? How does this affect the ride?
What are you using to get this lift? Costs? Who installs them?

Leveling is usually a 3/1 which means a 3” spacer on top of the coil in the front and a 1” block under the leafs in the rear. If you don’t extend your bump stops, then your factory shock becomes the bump stop and can break under the right conditions. Most advise against a leveling kit. Esp if you are adding weight with a plow.

Look in to Bilstein 6112s. They aren’t much more expensive than a spacer lift but add bigger shocks and new coils and it has 3 settings so you can decide how much lift you want. Depending on the weight of the plow, someone (eibach I think) makes a 700 lb spring to help with the added weight.

Check out Old Man Emu coilovers, they have a heavier spring option for add on's such as aftermarket bumper/winch etc. In your case a plow and the mount. Then add taller tires to get the ground clearance you're after.

I'd stay away from any spacer lift especially with a plow setup.

Fat Bob's Vated adjustable coilovers with 700 lb coils, SPC adjustable UCAs, 1" front diff drop, 1" bump stop extensions, 1" sway bar drop, set up the coilovers with about 3 1/2" of lift and hang your plow on. Align with the plow if it stays on. Total cost about $1400

There is more than one way to skin a cat.
Various types of lift/leveling kits. It all depends on the quality, how high you wanna go, and how much you wanna spend. You get back what you put in. If your not familiar with lifts, have and offroad shop that specializes in lifts install it.
This site has loads of information and prior experience, which will help you achieve your end goal (if that exists ;))

That's actually a very good recommendation. Pretty inexpensive way to get all you need and nothing you don't.
If you're wanting more clearance and to be able to carry the extra weight up front don't try to save a buck, you'll end up regretting it and spend more money in the long run.

    6112s have 4 settings not 3.
    5100s have 3..

Mine are set on the second to the lowest with 1 CB shim on each side.
Gave me 2.5 of front lift.

But they are stiff as f*ck, I'd go a different route if I had it to do over again...
