I'm enjoying mine so far but it would be nice to be a permanent employee, rather than a contractor.

    Hi, Everybody.

Hope you all had good Fridays. Been busy busy today. Getting stuff ready to head out of town. Meeting my buddy to go riding before he goes under the knife.

Snagged a 2 inch drop hitch to put the trailer at a better level, lubed up the suspension and drive shaft on the SxS, fueled everything, and hooked up the trailer.

Good morning Tundras! I’m posting with a heavy heart this morning. Today we are burying Pops one of the greatest men I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Pops was one of my best friends for the last 20+ years. The best father-in-law you could ever have I do and will greatly miss him.

I am attaching the little write up from the car club he was member of for over 40 years
Funny it’s a Model T club but Pops had a 29 Chevy truck and a 28 Chevy Coup

It is with great sadness that I am reporting that member Frank Scimemi died last evening, peacefully, at home.
Frank is a long time member of the Yankee IngenuiTs, a great friend, skilled mechanic, and master of all engines big and small. He and Louise were always welcoming to anyone who stopped by, and he loved to show off his extensive collection of engines and parts.
Frank was one of our last remaining WWII veterans and very proud of his service in the Army Air Corp, in the China Burma India (CBI) Theater.
A wake will be held this Friday 4-7pm at McGaffigan Funeral Home, 37 Main Street in Pepperell, MA. A funeral service will be Saturday 11AM at the funeral home.
Please keep Frank, Louise and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
    A74B3C55-4598-49DC-AEA9-E19BC602900E.jpg

I’m posting this in Live because I’ve posted me and Pops at the engine shows over the past few years

Sorry to hear. The more they were loved and respected, the harder it hurts. I lost a good friend this week too - I know all too well the hole that is left behind.

My buddy got one last year. I didn’t understand why until he cooked on it. They are pretty amazing.

Got out riding with my buddy on Saturday. Didn't take many pics, but here's a few.

Pretty good time, and busted some snow drifts, too.:)

Based on how small your garage looks, I can't like that...

Yeah that's the frustrating thing, it's actually a quite Large garage, especially for the city, but it is old so that the two garage doors are not very wide. You have to fold the driver mirror in and go a quarter mile per hour as carefully as you can and it's just not worth it. I figured that's what insurance is for :D

And whoever did the garages in this section of our neighbourhood made them nice and wide (I can change tires with two cars parked in the garage) and about 6 inches too short for a full size pickup. The extra frustrating part is some garages in other sections of the neighbourhood are obviously a bit longer.

I would prefer that over my situation, but that is still definitely frustrating.
