GUYS!!! I am so sorry. I have been completely pulled off all of this stuff to work on supply chain issues. I'm sorry for leaving everyone in the dark for the last couple weeks. I am actually on my way out of town in the next 5 minutes, so I wanted to jump on here and post so you guys don't think I'm dead, or that any issues are being ignored. Haven't had a chance to look at messages or anything yet, but if you've messaged me, I WILL GET BACK TO YOU. Promise! I've already spoken to some of you that have called in about any issues, and whatever those have been are being addressed. I know we had an issue with parts getting damaged in shipping. We've put a lot of work into that, so hopefully that will be a thing of the past. If you are having that issue, or any other issued, just call our customer service number. They are also completely slammed right now, so If you get a voicemail, just make sure to include in your comments that "Grant said to prioritize you, and call you back."

Updates on PAINT MATCH shipping

Our material got delayed, so we will be receiving it the end of this week instead of earlier like I had said. It wouldn't have made that big of a difference because our machines are barely starting to open up next week as well. Some parts may begin shipping out at the end of next week, but I would count on your order being shipped the week after.

Our paint booth is now fully functional. We painted our first test part at the beginning of the week. Obviously we are way too underwater with things right now to begin opening anything else up for sale, but that will be ready to go as soon as we catch up.

Again guys, I am very sorry about basically going AWOL. Everything is fine over here. Things have just ramped up faster than we anticipated, but we're getting on top of it. Again, if you are having any issues at all, give the customer service number a call. We'll fix anything that needs fixing. They will probably reach out to me to help, but it's still probably the fastest way to get answers for the next little bit. As soon as I get back in town I will start going through my inbox, and making sure you guys are getting taken care of.

 

I gotta say that I was impressed with how great their customer service has been. I ordered the grille/bulge surround overlay on 5/19. Then about two hours later I convinced myself to order the rear bumper covers in OEM color. I emailed their customer service because the site said 14-21 days, but on here said 4-8 weeks so I wasn't sure what their current time frame was. The rep e-mailed me back within two hours and saw I had placed two orders and offered to ship them at the same time saving me $22 in shipping. Before I could even reply I got notified of a refund to my paypal account for $22. She confirmed it would probably be closer to the 8 week mark, which was totally fine.

Fast forward about 4 days later I decided if I was going to cover the chrome I might as well do the front bumper covers as well. I found the link on their website and replied to the initial e-mail asking if they were still allowing orders on the front bumper covers since it wasn't under the normal Tundra dropdown on their website. She confirmed and I went ahead and purchased them. Again, responses within just a couple hours. The next day she e-mailed me and said she saw I had placed a third order lol and asked if I would be ok having the front and rear bumper covers ship together since those would probably be ready first and if it ended up being less in shipping she would refund back the difference. This was awesome that she suggested this and wanted to share my experience.

 

Need 2012 tundra front and back just matte black. not painted

 

Hey all! New here. Just got a 2021 Limited Tundra today and Hate the chrome bumper ends. Is this company still around? I was looking to get one in cement gray with the sensors. also considering black, depending how it looks (if anyone has pics please post).

Or if you guys know where I can find one that’s paintable I can find a body shop to match it. Thanks!

 

Congrats onbthe new Tundra and welcome to the forum. BTW I just recieved the SuperWhite front bumper caps, grill surround and hood buldge. Haven't installed yet but yes they are still around

Do you know if they have any plain black ones I could just paint? I couldn’t find the cement color.
And how do the sensors work? Is there a hole in the cap where the sensor sticks out?

 

Give them a call abot cement.. yes they a black to match the black bumper on our limiteds. Yes holes for the sensors if you select the option

 

They are just getting their paint shop up and running. I’m sure cement will probably be an option or you can order them and have them painted. Lots on here have gone that route over the years.

 

Would this be the option I order if I wanted to paint it? The paintable ABS?

Yup this would be the one to order! matte, gloss and textured already are "painted" or coated. If you want to paint them cement then order the paintable ABS. I think there is a link on their website if you wanted to get on their waitlist for a particular color. Not sure how long you were willing to wait, but just a suggestion.

Do the dealers carry a part to cover the chrome on the mirrors? Couldn’t seem to find one.

Toyota didn't change the mirrors it's just because my search was liked to my vehicle which is an '18

Has anyone gotten the 218 Attitude Black from EC and compared it to the metallic midnight black? Wanting to match hood bulge and grill surround and wanted to see how close of a match it was.

 

We've changed the size of the shipping box 3 times now, and have finally found the right box. It's a lot bigger and has a much higher crush capacity, so I think we've finally got it sorted out. Since the grille is such a big part, we tried to get the size of the box as exact as possible to keep shipping costs down, but that doesn't give it any wiggle room for the abuse it gets in shipping. That was a learning experience. If it's still bugging you, shoot me a message with your order number and I'll get you sorted out.

 

Haven't shipped any 218's yet, but Attitude Black and Midnight Black Metallic are the same color code, just different names.

 

Just checking in to see if you've been in contact with anyone from customer service. If not, shoot me your info, and I'll get you out a new part!

Alright guys, I think I've reached out to everyone I saw who had a "kink" from the shipping box. If I missed anyone let me know! We did fix the problem a couple weeks ago with a larger, sturdier box that should hold up to the abuse of UPS ground. We tried to save you guys costs on shipping because it's such an enormous part, but it's definitely better to go the safe route. Like I said, lesson learned. Again, any other guys I missed, just shoot me a message with what's going on and your order number and I'll get right on it.
