Yeah, Normally I'd be worried too but the shop said they'd warranty any problems so not too worried.

On my other coils I've owned I've never had a problem with extended/ compressed threads, even with old JDM coils that sat for years.

I mean literally, that is what a shock is designed to do, compress... :D

Just saw a member got the newer version. Looks like they use the Tacoma lower perch and they changed from the 2 ring style to a single ring with Allen key at the top of the coil. I think that change on the upper side was to give more room for the taller lower coil perch.

As far as the parts goes, I gotta pick them up from my super secret storage facility in the IE (mom's house). I might be able to grab them this weekend or next.

Hey @evilrbLooking at your coils they seem different. Unless they are really squashed I think they are shorter than mine, that might explain all the threads above yours. Mine are 13" with the truck on the ground. Yours are 650# like mine but seem shorter.

At the end there is an A/A

You might be right, mine seem to be about 13' off the truck.

So intriguing to see the evolution of this product. Yours must be an early version and that gives me so many questions. I always assumed the lower coil perch was so short so they could fit the 16" coil, but if your coils are original (going by the Fox stamp) then that drops my theory.

They still look to have the same travel, looks like roughly 6" of shaft hanging out (thats what she said). The next interesting thing will be to see if your tires hit the hydraulic hose or not. Mine barely grazed on driver side but really dug in on the passenger side.
