I’d rather not list. My wife might see it.
Self installed mine a couple of weeks ago. Install video is spot on! I considered powder coating but it’ll get banged up so an easy touch up finish is a must. Found a very nice product called Steel-It. The spray cans are very forgiving to work with even if your spray can skills aren’t up to par. Prep work is key to good lasting finish.

I got lazy too so I just took it to a local powdercoat shop and they sand blasted the whole bumper for $30.

All the coatings are doing awesome. I did my sliders also and they are doing perfectly fine as well.

Wow what a sick build. This looks so good. Finish from that Steel-It looks great, will have to look into that.

Any one notice that C4 forgot to weld an entire joint? This is looking up from the bottom (hybrid), first two pictures are driver side with no welds and last is the same area on the passenger side with just spot welds?? Should I be concerned?

Hey Folks! excited to add to this thread. Ive skimmed a majority of it but still haven't come to a conclusion.

My hybrid is sitting in my garage. My Zeon 12-S is mounted to it. Im still struggling getting the wire on the drum (thats a whole different story and about a case of beer). But im looking at the bumper and looking at the position of the 12-S and its just not looking like its gonna fit. C4 recommends the Zeon as an approved winch so I figured I wouldn't need to make any adjustments but just not sure.

Anyone have the Hybrid bumper with the Warn Zeon 12-S and can tell me if it fits? Or what I have to do to make it fit? I hate wiring and electronics so the simpler the better.

    Cheers! Zach

I have the overland style, but it looks like the hybrid has a very similar middle section. The winch should fit. You may want to clock the winch handle but haven’t seen much in the way of a 12k winch not fitting.

    Clock the handle?

also forgot to mention it’s not the platinum. So my controller is wired.

Your truck looks awesome with those bronze wheels.

Which hood bulge light do you have? I like the look of it. Thinking of ditching my ditch light setup and doing a hood bulge light in amber instead.

You can change the position of the handle to make it easier to access. There are instructions on the warn website or multiple YouTube/other internet discussions on the topic. Several members in this thread have done this and maybe can give some additional info. I did not need to do this, but my lever isn’t the easiest to access either. Some have moved the control box also. It all depends on your needs/winch fit.

I had to relocate the controller with the overland bumper and the zeon 12S. Think I posted a couple of pictures in here.

If anyone is needed a harness to relo there control kit for there winch Vice Design is doing one for me for my Gen 3 smitty....as you might remember from my post I couldn't access the port with the 30 inch light bar in the bumper so I am moving it into the engine bay. Better location at the end of the day anyway when needed. Just tell them how far to the winch and the battery and they fabricate for you.

Does anyone have any pictures of the C4 Overland bumper with the mid height bar as opposed to the tall gusseted bar?

Mid height is a misnomer. It's a low bar.

    Pic from Google.

Had seen that truck on their site, was hoping for better pictures from other angles and not so close. Thanks though.

IMO, if you don’t want the full height bar you are better off with no bar. I personally think it’s one or the other.

Same. I also dont see the purpose of the lower bar and makes it more difficult to mount lights. But, am definitely not judging if it is something that someone else wants.

Yeah, i like the look of it, similarly to the SDHQ prerunner bumper with the baja bar. But functionally speaking there's no light options other than a light bar which im not crazy about vs pods like an LP6. I'll probably bite the bullet and just do the full height bar eventually.
