    I need to check that location out still. I was stopped on I5 at delta park…

    Home now…have a Key Lime Pie on ice. Making pad thai. Getting in the zone. Preparing mentally for the 19 yards of barkdust in the driveway that needs to get distributed tomorrow

    Happy Friday guys. Had some teriyaki for dinner with an Orion beer. After this week, I’m a one-and-done clown.

    Installing the cat cover skid plate tomorrow. Then showing the kid how to wax a car. Think there is some prep work needed on the trailer before next weekend too.

    as for a real key lime pie, I can dig up my wife’s recipe. They are super easy to make and yes, very tasty

    Okay peeps in the Vancouver-Portland area, I need a recommendation. We are coming down next weekend to visit our BFFs. The wife and I are doing some meal planning and are making sushi one night. Is there a good asian market to get sushi grade fish there?

    I see Tola Angkor Market on the Googles, but want a local opinion.

    No idea…but I’d be curious myself. I’ve never made sushi, but might need to learn.

    I don’t know about sushi, but I’m a sucker for good ice cream and always make a stop at Ice Cream Renaissance when I’m going through Vancouver. You won’t be disappointed.

    @Green Thunder

    Check out H Mart on Bellmont, they have sushi cuts for sale, I buy Ahi Tuna there to make poke bowls. Funny name, but place is legit.

    Further out in Beaverton is Uwajimaya, which is a much bigger place with lots of selection.

    H Mart is solid though, good luck

    Lily market 110th and Halsey might? It’s a great oriental market but I don’t know if they have sushi grade fish though.

    Picked up some of this at Costco because of their vanilla bean cider... Looking forward to it with some tri-tip tomorrow night. Have a Strawberry Kiwi from One Tree Cider for tonight.

    They have a tasting room in Redmond (WA) that we hit a few weeks ago. Tried a sampler and wasn’t overly impressed with anything beyond their basic cider. That one sounds tasty

    To each their own. That was the one I liked the least. Didn’t even finish the sampler. Tasted like cheap frosting from the grocery store.
