Our goal is to not buy a couch until the house is paid for. I think we're going to make it. We have come across 2 freebies over the years. We have bought a few used furniture items over the years but that is it.

It is crazy how cheap some stuff is too. I got a flexsteel couch recently. Yeah it was 2 freaking grand, but unless I do something stupid or my dog eats it, it will last a long time. It's crazy comfy too. Our last couch was killed in about 5-6 years and cost around $600.

Good will is my store of choice. If that isn't acceptable than I don't want to be acceptable.

Lysol is a thing. I bought a one month old purple2 mattress for 250 at salvation army. A big W.

No bed bugs. No piss stains. Only thing I could figure was it was some sort of divorce thing.

I was thinking about this recently. How you can order brand new Jordan's from '93. How cool would it be to order say a brand new 2000 Honda S2000, or a brand new 1999 Celica GT-four.

I can't say "brand new 2003" without hearing it in Jo Koys voice, like when he talks about Hawaiians.

Just layin around eh?...... I’ve been contemplating glass fronts (soon) and eventually want to go full LT (not so soon) with my 2wd. I’m guessin you’ve got stacks of parts that I’d throw money at. Hhmmmm?? Not sure if this type of proposition is prohibited here, please pardon me if so. 1B0FBD8F-7A3C-4718-B5A4-E3C66B1DDF16.jpgThis is me currently

Goodwill is the greatest idea ever invented. Convince people to give you stuff which you then sell. Amazing. I realize it's all thrift stores but still blows my mind.

The glass clip I have is the tundra conversion for the Toyota pickup. The spindle is for the same truck as fate would have it. I'm actually on the tail end of my off road inventory. I stashed a bunch of stuff and now I'm left with only a few parts. It's almost like my dreams of building a trailer queen desert truck have been smashed against the rocks of fatherhood, a 40 mile daily drive, and the lackluster towing capacity of the tundra.

My wife wanted to set up a thrift store where you accept donations here and sell the clothes in Norway. You'd be amazed what they pay for a pair of Levi's there.l because of the currency.

Man I like that! Why haven't I seen that before? I like the bumper quite a bit.

Thanx man, that means a lot comin from the blackest of blackness. I made the bumper myself. I’ve actually done a few things since that pic so it’s not truly current. Black headlight lenses, and painted the rim caps black since then as well

OK its time to tackle this god damn rear shake my trucks developed. Tomorrow im pulling the rear drive shaft and taking a 60 MPH run down the highway in 4WD to rule out driveshaft balance.. Kinda thinking it is. BUT tomorrow i'll see. IF it is, ill see if the local driveshaft guy can do a quick balance on the thing.

To make matters more confusing: Non-Profits make Profit.

Many times they make more Profit than a Non-Profit. Think about, for example, how many years the NFL was a ‘Non-Profit’. It wasn’t until recently they changed their Structure.

    Moving to here...

This got me thinking. What should the proper torque spec be for other Toyota Alloy rims?

Treat them the same as the star fish alloys or look at the torque spec for what vehicle they came from?

I think I torqued mine to whatever the info dump/FSM said. Can't recall if it was for steelies or alloys...

I had done some work at a few “mega” churches up in Phoenix, these “complex” were absolutely ridiculously over built, rather genius I guess. They had everything there, so you never had to leave.......
if Jesus needs that kind of flare, maybe he’s the wrong one for me.

I am going to guess there is a Rolex toting big wig or 3 that needs that flare. Big money comes with big responsibility. I am glad to not have that responsibility most days. Salesmen rule the world.

Day 2 of my CPO rectification... I'm bouncing off the walls sitting here for 8 hours.

Worst part is I'm missing the first day of the D3 NCAA regional softball tournament we're hosting on campus.

Zoom should allow you to call in for audio. Then it's on your phone and you can take you and the dog for a walk while you work.

I remember reading many years ago that if you declare your home a church and hold service at least once a week, you don’t have to pay property tax. You can even start your own Tundra based religion and have like minded people congregate there.

When you look at how many of those mega-church TV pastors are surrounded by controversy it really turns me off even more. I just wrapped up a podcast about Jerry Falwell JR. The guy was living a double life. Complete hypocrite.
