I have a 2016 TSS that has the manual fold mirrors, but they are power adjustable and heated. I want to add power fold mirrors. Does anyone know if it is possible to do this? If so any help with what I will need along with any instructions would be appreciated. Thanks

If your truck didn't come with power folding mirrors, then you will need to wire in a new or replacement switch. There is no plug and play solution. I have seen some who have done it, but most (including myself) come to the conclusion that it's not worth the cost and hassle.

No problem. I was also considering this mod at one point, but after watching this video and reading multiple other threads decided it wasn't for me either.

I was looking at getting tow mirrors for my truck. My truck now has power and heat. The mirror I want to get have power, heat but they have led turn signals. Would this be the same thing? Plug and play wouldn't work?

Yes you can install the OEM Toyota tow mirrors and power adjustment, heat and LED turn signals will work. If you currently have BSM, you will lose it with the tow mirrors.

Power fold will only work if (1) you buy the power fold mirrors which are about double the cost of non-power fold and (2a) your truck has power fold from the factory or (2b) you wire in a switch for the power fold function.

Ok thanks. I was just curious like i said my mirrors have all of the above accept for the turn signals. ( also no power fold or BSM ). Just was curious if the led light would work or if it would just sit there dark cause I didn't have them from the factory

The LED turn signals will work even though you didn't have them on your sport mirrors.

hey csuviper check if your pugs are going all the way into the mirrors. Also check if you have the memory type connector or the non memory one (8 pin vs 10 pin I think it is) I actually did it without the videos and then I found the step by step video. I have myself a 2008 which is your same Bodystyle and it's a little different because my truck is a Limited edition and has Memory seats for which the switch and wiring is different.

No memory seats. I have the switch for no memory seats that matches. I need to check the connectors for sure. When i have time im going to put a multi-meter on it to find where the disconnect is.
