    Thanks for posting this comparison Jim. I really appreciate it. I see you have some legit syrup there. And it looks to be 100% pure, but those mass producers just can't replicate the small batch flavor.
    I see organic on the other labels. I can't afford the cost it would take to put "organic" on my labels but I will reassure you and everyone. This is 100% pure organic syrup. Nothing added, we even use wood to burn to cook it. It is also gluten free (obviously) and likely paleo approved whatever that means. What I'm trying to say is the sap dripped out of a tree, I caught it in a bucket and boiled it til it was syrup, over a wood fire. And that's how it works lol
