Husky liner fitting issues?

    I have 2008 Tundra with Husky liners. The front drivers side that takes the little holding retainer cap will not screw on. Seems that the plastic bolt looking think is to short for the cap to grab. Do you guys have the same issue?16208421788808994140780276228609.jpg

    More than a few.....
    Was this on in the past and you removed them and cant put back together or are you just now putting the liners in? I agree the bolt looks too short/liner is really thick.

    I am guessing you didnt get the original ones? Are these new ones Husky ones or universal? Could probably put a metal nut and washer on there lol

    Hmm, seems odd they dont fit. Must need to apply some serious pressure to get it to bite.

    I've tried stepping on the mat while attempting to make it grab and no luck
