2021 TRD Pro voice command

Hi all and thanks for accepting me.
My question is when I plug in my phone for Apple CarPlay the voice command for calling is not working, it only works with Bluetooth, do I have something wrong in settings?

Is your phone unlocked when plugged in?

 

Yes it was

 

As soon as I unplug it, it worked right away with Bluetooth

 

The truck voice command no longer works when runnjng carplay. However siri does. Touch and hold bubbles for a second on the truck screen and siri will be listening for your command

Since this is a strictly parliamentarian Tundra board we need to observe and follow the strict rules of the club. So, before we can vote on the newbie, we need a second on the "big assumption." There, I 2nd that it is a big assumption. Once we get a third we can then vote.
