About $5030. No financing (credit card...2% cash back baby!). Their first number was $10k. I frankly told them I would go sell it to CarMax even if I would come out just $25 ahead vs trading it. Then the number started getting better.

Yesterday I got hyperblink when I used my left signal so I stopped at autozone and grabbed a pack of 4157 bulbs. The weather was nice enough today that I got to change it out on break. Passenger side looks dim so I'll change it out later.

I was a little nervous because in the video DAP uploaded showing the process, the progress bar moved super slow and they had to cycle the key like 10x on their end. But lucky for me, my progress bar moved super quick and I think I only had to mess with the key 2-3x, and one of those was just to write a log at the end.

I sent them my FPF file @ 1:20pm and got the modded file back about 3 hours later so that’s some awesome turnaround too.

I’ve only put 17mi on it since the tune so I don’t wanna really judge it yet but it has less lag/delay already, and it has more pickup and go in the lower gears. I hear that after 30mi or so the ECU adjusts it gets better. I stomped on the gas once… that’s not something I’ll make a habit of . With the stock tune I’d often have to floor it to get mild acceleration when merging, but that’s not the case anymore lol.

I think I still have the ones my dad and I made 30 years ago, we made them for wheels 16.5" - 14. Made them from 1/4 plywood and even put some old cabinet pulls on them to have something to hold on to

I am surprised how well the cardboard has held up so far. I had a large box and was able to make four of them. I needed that center hole for the raised cap. Cardboard was too thick for scissors so I used a razor knife so the fit is not perfect. I am hoping to score some large foam board type signs from the golf course I where I work at some point. Plywood or even fibre board would be fine, but I don't have a jigsaw.

:benchpress: LOL, thanks! This was today's mod. They just arrived today. My first was the Diamond Back cover and then bull bar. First truck in my life I ever modded. Just seems to be natural for these and this forum is strong inspiration!

can't believe how easy it is. after asking paint shops and they all refused.
I can't say this will last forever, but I will say I think it will.
    color match looks great also

Hauled 208 bricks or about 940lbs today and the back only dropped an inch. Used the Tow/Haul button and you could barely tell if anything slowed her down. Don't yet have a trans cooler, but for a shortish drive temps were at 220F or so.

Thanks. I didn’t get out near as much as I wanted this year and the season is winding down here in TN. Super happy I was able to get one this year.
