American Roll Cover from Truck Covers USA. $500
This is about $2000 if bought new.
Great condition. Nothing wrong with it, just replacing it with a Retrax Pro XR.
You can cut the rails to fit a Crewmax (refer to pdf).

This is on my Tundra TRD Pro Double Cab with a 6.5' bed. Roll cover made of aluminum. Have had this on for about 4 years. Has rails for Yakima mounting system (not included). Locks in place every 12 inches. Key included. You will not be able to use the bed track/rail system in order to install this (refer to pictures).

Minimal leaks at the corners if rain is heavy. Tip - If you park on an incline, park it with the nose of the truck uphill which prevents the cover from leaking into the bed.

Local pick up only in Northern Virginia. Paypal preferred.

Here is a link on their web site: https://www.truckcoversusa.com/american-rack-system/

    Thanks for looking,

    Bob I.

Good deal on a great cover. GLWS OP.

Curious why the switch to retrax? Is it just to get an overhead rack?

Yeah, been waiting for Truck Covers USA to collaborate with Yakima for HD Overhaul or Outpost towers. Hoping to go overlanding/camping sooner than later. Patience ran thin during COVID and ordered an Uptop Overland bed rack which fits the Retrax Pro XR rails. Hoping to top it off with a Roofnest Condor XL.

Gotcha. Sounds like a great setup you’re going to have there. Those UpTop racks are sweet

The UpTop should be here in a few more weeks :) Here's some pix of it in use. We used it mainly for mountain bikes on easy trails with the kids. Great cover to keep out the rain and snow. Great for mounting bikes and a Yakima/Thule basket/cargo box.

I sent an email to Truck Covers USA. You/someone may be able to buy the side rails for a Crewmax.

Ugh, didn't realize you can't use the bed rails. It doesn't even look like you can lower them to a new spot at all.

Got instructions from Truck Covers USA. You can cut the side rails to fit a Crewmax.

You can get a bracket set to lower the bed rails. That’s how mine is from TCUSA

Do you need to drill new holes as part of installing the brackets?

The rail relocation brackets from TCUSA re-use the factory screws and screw into the factory rail mounts. Then they give you new hardware to screw the rails to the brackets, which drops them down about 3”. They aren’t as “robust” as in the original location because you’re not hanging below, but for light duty tie-of they are fine. The tonneau cover itself clamps to your bed lip.
Picture of the clamp, and the relocated rail below it

This view shows one of the original holes that isn’t used and the new rail location

For odd objects like this, bumpers, canopies, etc we usually let it slide.

Man - wish you'd ship. I'd love one of these. If you get the urge and consider shipping I'd take it from you

There’s gotta be someone driving up the eastern seaboard between here, Tacoma world or ih8mud. Even if you pay for their gas it’d be cheaper than shipping. That cover is in great shape!

Just posting to say if you can box these up, shipping may not be as bad as you think to ship UPS ground. I’m still willing to buy depending on shipping cost. I ran some guesstimates on size/weight through UPS from Virginia to central Texas and it may be ~$150-200. I REALLY want this tonneau but new cost is out of the budget.
