Researched Jack Pump Rebuilds and its a little involved. Gaskets cost about $60 and the oil around $10.

I see that Bars Jack Oil with Stop Leak is available and many say it works unless things are fully toasted. Has good reviews. I’ll pick up a bottle or 2 for grins and see if it might help. If not, its served well and will go bye bye.

I’ve used that before on my Waliworld jack I bought years ago. It did buy me sometime. Certainly worth a try!

Nice. I figure I’ll drain it and fill it and give it a work out. Drain it again and refill. Some guy said thats what he did and it brought it back better than new!

Anyways, mines just low on fluid right now so I hope in a cheap fix. Saw another guy do a rebuild on his 70’s Jack and I think I’d rather do a Timing Belt Job.

I edited; do HF jacks fall under the lifetime warranty deal? If so I might try and cash in on mine...

Signed off on having the shop start the head gasket work today. Hopefully the heads aren’t warped, but just in case they are I had them quote new ones.

Im just being a smart ass. Hell, I’m 35 and am currently tending to sweet peas, radishes, cukes, 3 varieties of tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and a butt load of dill.

If you’re related to me, you get a jar of pickles on holidays whether you like it or not.

Awesome. I Johnny appleseeded cilantro, dill and turnips all over the place today. I am just about to a place where I don't have to plant dill any more. It just comes up every where.

Careful what you wish for. I let it grow just about everywhere it wants to besides my crushed granite. Mainly because I’m on the Monarch migration route. I’ve walked out to entire plants stripped clean.

Dill, spicy, or ranch? My wife makes some with purple basil, soy sauce and ginger. I wouldn’t give those to my worst enemy.

Oh God. I forgot about the basil. That shit will get away from you quick. I’m sure my neighbors enjoy having it pop up all over their yard.

Where does one buy an industrial bed frame? For a queen sizebed.

I always seem to break one once a year. When I was living with my gf it was more frequent :D, but those frequencies are a thing of days long gone now.

If no one here knows, I can see what the Amish have going on. :spending:

Get a King Size as they have a center framing member that runs parallel to the sides. Never had a Queen Size so unsure if they have that center support.

The Amish make solid shtuff. I have a few pieces in the house from one local Amish Guy that broke off from the Gang because he became Vegan and could no longer tend home chores. He migrated here without papers across the Frontera. Working on getting his Verdé Papers now.

Queen has center support parallel to sides also.

May investigate Amish if local shops don't turn something up tomorrow.

Welcome him from KY for me upon approval of the green

Right now we aren’t allowed to report on him until he has a few kids outside of the Gang which then will complete his trek. It feels good helping others integrate into Society.

We are too, They overwinter on my south garden door. I have planted milkweed everywhere. Are you saying they eat your dill?

We didn't can much last year but but I did get a good batch of fermented pickles to last well into the winter. I am pretty happy to be able to browse our vegetables for 3 or 4 months a year.

Do you guys even have winter down there?
