    What happened to it?, That's the same area critters like to chew on for some reason, and even had reports of some fires there.

    Yea something got on top of the brake booster and had at the felt.

    Yup, Friggin mice it looks like. Do you want to replace it? I've seen a lot worse then yours, maybe you can blend in the affected area to make it look fine, and then proceed to a game plan to keep the bastards out.

    I have a ultrasonic unit plugged in and running in the engine bay, I was thinking just hit it with some black spray paint, but it bugs me, more ocd than I thought I guess, lol
