This is the guy I ordered from. Has options for pro teams too. Wish he had college ones.

I'm actually trying to find out from him if he would do a custom college one for a little more $, they have them, he just doesn't stock them.

 

Can you give some details about the knob, boot & collar? I want to copy, lol

 

Using the measurements someone gave in here I'm thinking it would be easy to hand carve a nice wood shifter and just glue in a nut in a hole drilled in the wood. It seems like it would be pretty simple unless there is something I'm not seeing?

I am really digging this one. Secret compartment, and an excellent wrist rest while driving. It slides over the shaft and has two allen set screws to secure. Goes well with the AJT trim, and reminds me of a "futuristic" version of the RW Tomahawk knob.

I can't find the switch plate, in the top pic. Is it a one off?

I have that same shift boot, wish it was a little softer, but it works well enough.

 

Got this custom made by Ellis Precision. Told them what I was looking for, sent me a preliminary design, tweaked it to my liking and built it for around $100. Great customer service and quick response to meet my needs.

 

Mine was loose as well. Instead of aligned straight (bottom pointing at 6:00), it was closer to the 7:30 position when barely tight. I decided to not be all OCD about it....actually was a better orientation for my hand.

 

Have you seen anything on when he is going to start making the switch holders again...these are difficult to come by now..

 

He told me he's busy building a race car, but that he's gotta have that ready for June... so maybe in a month he'll be back up and running. I'm going to message him in a couple weeks to see if he can make one.

Hey how did you get the Tacoma shifter to fit the Tundras thread? I'm curious if there's a adapter to screw on so I can fit the Tacoma shifter in going to add.
