Hey guys new to the forum. Im looking for some advice on injectors. Direct from toyota they are $179. I found different ones on RockAuto ranging from $50 to $150 along with refurbished options. Has anyone used aftermarket injectors that they would reccomend? Tough to drop $179 for each one.
I recently purchased a used 2016 5.7 TRD/SR5 (150,000 miles) that's been having warm sputtering startup issues. Toyota replaced the fuel pump (twice) and the VVT but didnt fix the issue. I did find 2 other people whose trucks had the exact same symptoms, eventually they replaced injectors which fixed the issue. If interested here's a link to those threads.

I don't know what is leaking, but if it's the o-rings, you can just replace them, very cheaply. I wouldn't go with the re-manufacturer's they have, I personally have not heard of them. If you can send them all off, someone like Mr. Injector (I've used before for a GTO) is pretty good, but I think it was 4-6 weeks to get them back. A long time if it's your DD. Sometimes Beck/Arnley is OEM repackaged, but not all the time. You could buy one and see what you get...

Thanks JRB! I think I'll look into sending them off to injectorrx if they have a decent turnaround time. It is my daily but I could use a work truck for a few weeks. $18 per injector is a lot cheaper than $180 each for replacements from Toyota.

Hopefully you don’t need injectors, but with the time I have in air/fuel, I would never go aftermarket on those parts.

buy some cheap ones for diagnosis and a spare.

If that fixes it then consider investing in the oems.

Sent the injectors to injectorrx total with rush shipping was $200. Reinstalled and it fixed the problem. Seems to have been the o-rings. I think the air was slowly leaking back through and causing the pressure to decrease over time.

Yessir I think it was the o-rings. Thanks for the reply. Saved me a lot of hassle.
