Why did your truck nut come with bed rails?

 

From the looks of it you're off to fast paced build! Love it

 

Took some pieces from the last truck ,had some that didn't get time to put on the last truck and bought some specifically for this build.

What did you have before and what did you salvage?

 

Lovin' those black rhino's. Looks nice and aggressive. I was looking at those last month when deciding what to put on my truck. I may be copy catting you soon.

 

All accessories on the Tundra are options. I didn't specifically want the drop in bed liner, but it was in the truck on the lot. Now that I have it, glad it is there. Just didn't want to spend $200 plus on the Toyota bed rail kit. Plus you get the sense of accomplishment when you build it yourself.

The hardware it came with is slightly short.
Hardware that mounts from slide rail(tent) to bed cage.

 

This came in today.. Tufskinz.com anyone have this type... is the hair dryer needed

 

Anyone know the length across the bottom of the tailgate jus below n above rear bumper? Kinda like the led light kit that rough country has they have 2 a 49" and a 60"

AGREED, the trucks look great boys. I want to get a RTT but man its a lot of money to drop.

 

Same here, I'm currently rocking a dome tent on the ground until I can fork out the cash

 

I've been looking at sleeping option and I think I'm gonna go with a tent cot.

 

I just put them on. Didn't need the hair dryer but it was a little warm out. Did make it easier to sprayer them with water first.

 

After I saw the blacked out tail lights I DO NOT like them

I'll be going after market with a smoked lens at some point sooner than later.

 

I was able to get mine for under a grand. REI has member appreciation going on right now and I had $600 dividend waiting on me. Otherwise I'd be sleeping on rocks all summer

Took the family skiing this past week and needed a serious wash to get all the dead bugs off the front end and dirt and salt from underneath/all over. She looks like the day I picked her up!

 

Should just be able to stick those puppies on.

 

What didn't you like? Too dark? Not enough light output? Dark taillights are on my list of mods...so i want as much advice as possible!

 

I've got smoked tails and they just look awesome. I've gotten so many compliments on them also. Also, I'm not back there when I brake and they look badass to me so I'm all good with them.

 

I know it's something small, but having the lettering sure makes the truck pop..
