Issues you have no problem not fixing.

I guarantee that if you took it to that dealer for service a week after new blades were installed they'd recommend wiper blade replacement on the "multi point inspection".

 

Went to look at a low mile 2013 Tacoma. Checklist said zero rust. Truck was from Colorado and the entire underbody was solid rust. I told the guy did you guys even fawking look under it? He said we could probably take about 21k for it. They were asking 28.5. Then they came back and said they weren’t going a penny under 28.5. So I went and bought a new one same spec as the 13’ for 24.4. All dealers are scum.



Had it for 2 1/2 years, put 25k miles on it and sold it for 29.5. It was cleaner than new.

 

I'm really starting to question all of this "Certified Pre-Owned" bullshit. My wife wanted a CPO'd Lexus RX350, I had been talking to a dealership about an hour and a half away that had what they described as a "Like New 2018 CPO"; we drove out there one day, and at first I thought my wife was nitpicking on stuff, but then I started seeing all of the places where things just weren't right. The salesperson was right there with us as we started pointing things out, and we said we were disappointed that the vehicle was misrepresented, and all she would say is "I understand.", I could tell she just wanted us to leave before any other customers heard what we were saying. We went to a couple more dealerships and found their CPOs to be spotless, and like new for the most part. So we ended up purchasing at another dealership. It's just really disappointing how sketchy these dealerships can be calling these CPOs.
