I am looking to get the following done in the next few weeks, but was wondering what the "correct" order should be:

    1) Spray-in bed-liner
    2) Retractable tonneau cover
    3) Undercover swing-out cases

My initial thought was to get the liner sprayed before everything else but I am wondering if it will be easier to install the Undercover cases BEFORE the liner gets sprayed.

    Thanks for any insight.

liner first, otherwise they will need to uninstall the cases to do the liner.
    bediner
    case
    tonneau
    is what I would do.

I would install the brackets for #3 (have them lined over) and then do #1, then do #2.

My factory spray-in liner fully covered the T55 bolts on my bed, meaning if I ever want to loosen them to install, say, the Victory molle panel or whatever, I will mess up the spray on those bolts. In other words, I would seriously consider what might get sprayed which would make installing those other bits a hassle, and at a minimum mask them off. Or install them, then uninstall them, mask them off, etc.

Thanks for the help!! I just read another thread that goes over the install but it's a few years old, does anyone know if they bracket/install has changed? It looks like (based on pics from that thread and pics of the cases online) that the case itself has changed a bit...

I don't have the current instructions but would get some silicon plugs to put in the holes you don't want Bedliner in. This is what I have for my painting etc...

I took the drop in liner out (and installed the brackets for the under cover cases) in anticipation of the spray in liner but I noticed 14 threaded holes with nothing in them under the liner... is that normal? Any idea what they’re for?

Theres 4 at the front of the bed and 5 down each side.

Yep, bed rail bolt on points. You need to decide if you want bed rails too. I have a retractable cover that attaches to my existing bed rail. If you are not getting red rails you need to plug up those holes. If you don't and you change your mind and decide to get red rails, those holes will be a pain to use. Definitely plug them with the silicone or plastic plugs. ACE Hardware should have them.
