Yes because if you sell your truck you get a refund on un uses insurance warranty..
They should have told you that its a policy...

 

I just got back $1675 from my unused extended warranty on my 2020 AG 4runner Pro. I did it before I trade my 4runner in.

 

You can almost always cancel those at anytime for a prorated refund. The ones the financing guys push are usually 3rd party warranties. Read your warranty docs. You usually just have the contact the dealer and send a letter in to cancel.

Added a new touch on this beauty today. Old School Ivan! Got my Coachbuilder Pro Kit in the mail today too. So big project is on Saturday adding that and the New Ridge Grapplers if my spacers come this week.

 

Dealership called today. Mine apparently is somewhere between the port and the dealer - which are all of like 4 hours apart lol. Should hit the lot this week! Hoping to have it by the following week if all goes well as I'm having it shipped up to me.

I hope nobody buys it. Just like I hope dealers that mark them up 5-10k over MSRP never sell them, or at least get repeat business. I get the supply/demand part of it, but I'm not a fan of flipping things and taking advantage of the situation. Sort of what scalpers are doing with GPU shortage (those of you who are into computers know what I'm talking about).

 

But it says "It is ready to go places!" With that kind of salesmanship who wouldn't want to snatch it up?

However getting all the money on a truck that will not be produced in full numbers is what happens when you have a situation like this.

Saw a murdered out Tacoma today that was legit. Ended up talking with the guy who had incredible tail light mod. So, I start looking into it. Anyone have any thoughts about which to go with for the LR? I'm loving the look of Winjet LEDs but have no clue of what's legit and not. Any help on smoke vs. glossy/black/clear for this color scheme is welcomed!

 

Once I get my LR I am also planning on replacing the huge red tail lights. TundraDude34 on the 'tube said he had the winjet ones years ago and thought they were not bright enough. I think the newer ones are brighter from what I've seen on the 'tube. Landman76 also on the 'tube has an army green and has the winjet that he seems to be happy with. I was thinking of going with the Spyder fiber optics LED's (Spyder® ALT-JH-TTU14-LED-BK - Black Fiber Optic LED Tail Lights) as I think they would go nice with the LR, but I haven't seen any great review videos of them yet. They also do a smoked-out version.

 

From the old threads on Winjet/Recon/Anzo/Spyder discussion it seems as though Winjet might be a QC faulter. I don't mind paying a premium for quality, pay now or pay later sort of thing. I would love to find a pic of cement with any of them smoke or not, since that color scheme is not too far off from the LR. I'm leaning toward smoked, but I don't want to ignore my red accents. Also, trying to decide between black or red caliper paint. HATE the silver look.

I’ve always been leery of the quality on aftermarket headlights and taillights. I’ll probably wrap or coat my factory ones before bothering with aftermarket. After swapping out the bulbs for LEC, the factory ones are super bright and leave a little of the red that i like.
