We all dream about it. What would you do if you woke up this morning and found out that you were $500 million dollars richer?

    I would:
-Walk into my Commanding Officers office and tell him to immediately start my administration separation paperwork.
-Call my parents bank and secretly pay off their mortgage.
-Supercharger, LT kit, wheels, tires, etc overnighted.
-I would then drive to several car dealerships and find the youngest salesman (pending he wasn't a dick) and pay MSRP on several dream vehicles for me and my immediate family.
-Buy 10 acres of land in North Idaho and start building the house the exact way I want it by myself on my own timeline.

    What about you guys?

I have had 3 friends that have won the lottery. One was under 300K after all said and done, One was 700K when all said and done, and the other was 7M when all said and done.

They all work...LOL. The one with 7 million probably works the hardest, and he is a single Dad and 34 years old.

    I would disappear...how bout dat.

I'd continue to work, at least until I hit 35.
    - I'd build a house in the town I live in now, and one in my hometown near my folks.
    - Get my pilots license and buy a plane.
    - Pay off all my college debt.
    - Secretly pay off my brother's house, and whatever debt my parents have.
    - Give my 08 DC to my baby cousin, get him out of that fucking Prius lol.
    - Buy a 1794 CM, a 1 ton Denali, and a Challenger Hellcat.
    - Buy enough guns to arm a Third World country.

    I would keep my job
    Pay off my house
    Add a nice Mercedes
Ensure both of my children have a healthy college savings
Purchase every damn mod possible for the Tundra
    Purchase a Raptor
    Purchase a 4R
Purchase land to ride and shoot on
    Have the best basement

I'm sure I can think of more haha

I would probably build a nice country home with a huge workshop where I could just build for enjoyment. Shit on $500 mil I could make 5% for life and live on $25 mil of earnings a year.

I'd have a beach house in FL, house in AZ, house in CO. The immediate family would all be debt free. Full out S/C and LT the Tundra. Probably get some more toys. I'd probably blow through 20 mil or so the first year.

    1. Pay off house.
    2. Put some away for kids college (not inheritance, I'm spending this $#@& before I die, LOL).
    3. Give some to family. Won't tell them how much I won, but give 'em something and say don't ask for more . . . EVER. Spend it wisely.
    4. Buy some land for the same reasons @Sean266 said.
    5. Buy some toys (wave runner, quads).
    6. Still work. Even if it's mowing grass like Forrest Gump.
    7. Travel. Travel. Travel. In style :D
    I'm simple like that.

I'd set up an interest earning account and live off the interest. I'd pay off everything I owe. I'd buy a second piece of land in my neighborhood and build a huge shop for wood work and metal work, well stocked with every tool imagineable. Build a new garage for my new quiver of cars. LT, SC and bumpers for the Tundra. Make sure my 2 sisters are taken care of, mortgages etc. Then, I'd look for another house in Spain or the south of France.

After setting up a trust to protect the winnings from the IRS I'd start making life for my immediate family a lot easier (cars, homes, medical, etc). Then, the local food bank would be better stocked and others in the community in need would get unexpected help. A few friends who helped me through hard times would also start getting yearly checks.

First I'd give my business to my employees, I'm never working again. Never. Give my parents, in-laws, and brother a couple of million each. All close friends get atleast a new Ducati. Wrecking Crew and Mods each get a new lifted Pro. Now for myself... go and buy Thunderhill Raceway with a bunch of different cars and race cars everyday. Build a MX track and an off-roading park somewhere on there too. That's all I really need.
