    Yup, have to make a cabinet door, when new microwave came in, it sat too low to oven, I shortened the cabinet by 6", now I have to make a door, today... deliver parts til 6

    It didn't last past noon but was still annoying as heck. It still is lighting snowing/raining or sleet, I guess. However, nothing that appears to be sticking either. So that is good. Just dumb dreary couple of days and cold too.

    Hey Tim, thanks for asking. It's kind of been on hold for a couple of weeks for Easter and for my son's medical testing. I have some info from our agent to digest that I hope to get to this weekend. She has pulled records of several properties that are not currently for sale. We're going to evaluate them and make offers on them to see if the owners might be amenable to selling.

    :fingerscrossed:good luck. I am going to do the same. A childhood friends parents own a 5 acre lot that they haven't done anything in 20 years with, just pasture that's unused. Will see how it goes. I am waiting to speak to them when I visit my friend when he comes to visit them. He's the one that suggested I ask them.
