Yes I like that color as well. It's actually really clean overall. Hope he returns it to a proper stance. I wonder what size wheels they are. 24?

Encourage them to finish their lift kit and get actual wheels and tires instead of using polished drums out of a clothes dryer?

He should try to drive in the snow or fog at night. It would be an interesting insurance claim if nothing else. Fog and snow are like payback for blinding everyone else when you're a dbag. If you don't know you don't know. It's a winter weather/headlight thing.

My brake pedal has been pretty firm the last three days. Today, it feels normal. Feels right.

Brake fluid level is normal. Definitely a small hiss/leak from booster/Mc area.

Guessing my booster is on the way out.
Any advice for testing an infrequent firmness?

May check costs of parts for my truck versus @Thrussn's costs. Any advantage of doing the T100 "upgrade" with stock brakes?

Even before my career training, I intuitively always avoided the Toe Thumb for some reason. Its like I was made to be with another Perfect Hand Model to create other really really good looking Hands.

Start engine to build vacuum and then shut off. Wait a 15-30 seconds then press the brake pedal and see how long/many times it takes to have no 'assist'. In other words 2-3 pedal presses until a hard pedal, or one (or none). If one/none the booster and or vacuum line/check valve are bad and not holding anymore.

Upgrade is only to move more fluid for larger calipers. Would just make your pedal stiffer for no gain.

I know it's a dead horse but my laptop takes 20 minutes just to load this page..
I'm due for a brake job. Recommend me a bang for the buck vs OEM?
I can't swing a major increase in cost so just looking for some advice

NAPA has some budget stuff. Front Pads for $17 and Rear shoes for a little more. By some Sylglide for the pins and Rear Contacts. I put it on my Pads backing too but others use some other stuff for that area. Really quiets things and makes them smoov operating.

Unsure as I have the High Dolla Toy Pads and Shoes. Years ago Goofy Shop put on NAPA? shoes and they lasted??? until getting soaked in Diff oil from blown seals.

The New Toy Front Pads are about $60 and the ShamWow! Shims are about $40. Or, you could buy the TuRD Pads and its all included for around $100. I’ll do the TuRDs next time.

For the shoes, the Toy is best fitment and brake action.

Yeah correction, PowerStop Pads $40 ish are what are on my fronts (low dust). The Toy Shoes are on the back. Bought the Toy Shims for $40 ish and realized after the fact should have just bought the TRD Package (Pads and Shim Combo).

These are pretty good pads and almost zero dust. Some of the cleanest shoes I’ve ever had.
