Yes, you physically can add a spacer to the top of these but you do no want to.
This kit is designed to LEVEL the truck it is not meant to lift the truck anymore than 2.25-2.5” in the front. It uses progressive rate bump stops and Zone Rate Technology which is all based on the front coilover being used as designed, not with shims, not with spaces, not with aftermarket lift coils.
It will physically work but the chance of it riding and driving as well as they do is severely diminished.

The rears shocks do not lift the truck but are capable of 1” extra of travel. You can achieve this in any form that you would like if you do choose.
Like the fronts you can physically do more you are just looking at premature wear to the shock or possibility a catastrophic failure that won’t be covered by warranty.

 

No, you do not NEED to buy anything else. The kit comes with everything you need or you reuse some of the factory things.

Are there things that you can buy that would be an added benefit yes but you do not need them.
Examples of extra things you may want.

Front sway bar relocation bracket
Differential Drop
Carrier bearing drop (if adding rear lift)

Officially out. Thanks for putting together the group buy and I am happy to see it so successful. Just too many other commitments for my money for the next couple months. I look forward to hearing everyone’s results once they get them install as I do believe this is the setup I want to use on my truck.

I just got off the phone with TeraFlex. Just as others stated, these are designed to level the ride. I just wanted to hear what TeraFlex rep would say. He said they don’t recommend putting ANY lift in the rear, as it will cause damage to the shock and void warranty. I have CB + 2 shackles coming my way, and have +3 sitting on the shelf in case I want more. With that said, I’m out.

 

Well that is interesting as I was told no more than 1”.
I still have the CB +1 to install which is a hair over .5” not worried about that at all.

Group buy is on. It closes tonight. Sending the list in the morning then Stage 3 will contact you (may take a couple of days with a dozen and a half folks).

 

I'm not certain about the exact closing time for the GB, but I wouldn't expect calls or emails until business hours the day after the close date.

The 12th is the close date, and given that @French Avocado and Stage 3 are in the the Mountain Time zone, I would guess that the GB closes at 12 Midnight at the latest, if it's not already closed.

 

Hopefully they leave messages. I get dozens of spam calls daily.
