Eagle pro. Or a piece of 6x4 for your stock jack

A couple cut down sections of 2x4 should give your stock jack some help, and is notably cheaper/easier to carry than a Pro Eagle

My floor jack sucks in regards to being able to lower slowly.

A piece of wood and tall jack stand do work.

I bought the 2 Ton Beast but there was a delay with shipping so I upgraded to the 3 Ton Kratos to get it sooner!

Where is the Pro Eagle made?
My floor jack decided to call it a day today. Not worth rebuilding since I am tired of using a wood block for enough height.

Get the daytona jack from harbor freight. Not too many things I trust from there but this is one of them. Tons of happy customers myself included.

No issues thus far. I have had it a little over a year, and used it about 4 times. It would be a much better design if the handle were longer, but at least it can reach the frame of my lifted Tundra and easily get it off the ground. I looked at the Pro Eagle that others have listed here, but cannot swallow the huge price tag just yet. I would rather spend my $$ on more mods.

True, I haven't pulled the trigger on the Pro Eagle because of price.

I skipped the Pro Eagle for a number of reasons. 1st and foremost they never responded to any of my communications with them. Not going to drop nearly $500 with a company that does not respond.

2nd after a lot of reading it seems that the chassis is the same as some of the Harbor Freight models and they had some tweaks here and there.

I went with the Daytona Super Duty. Works very well so far. Doubt I will regret spending nearly $300 less.

I actually just purchased a 2015 MacBook to start learning.

Also I see you are in Wisconsin spent about a couple years there for the military. So my question is: what are your plans to combat the horrible salt they use that rusts every car up there?

Sorry if I'm jacking the thread.

There is a part on the stock jack handle that fits perfectly on the handle of this jack. Works great as an extension for me.

You can get the best of both worlds. I have a 3 ton HF floor jack with the Pro Eagle 15" extension and base.
The HF (Pittsburgh 3 ton) jack uses a bolt that is just under 1" in diameter to mount its base, while the PE base has a 1.5" diameter recess. So I used this 1/8" thick washer to secure the base to the jack - rock solid.

Same jack I have. I haven’t had the need to lift the tundra yet, but it’s good to see others lifting something as heavy as the tundra with it.

Had a smaller HF jack fail lifting the entire front of my Taco.

Looking into getting something for the road now. How are you mounting these in the bed?
