Disclaimer: I do vehicle electronics for a living so that’s what makes me do the things I do

So I disliked the OEM heated seats in my 20 sport premium, cause they were slow to warm up, you could barely see the switch, and it was backlit in orange instead of blue~white. It’s not really factory cause it’s an accessory kit added in, I’m not sure if it’s done during production or after the fact. But either way I didn’t like it.

Secondly, I built my own video input to the factory deck so I could feed my video from my rear headrest monitors into the front screen. Very similar to the FRAC harness I see people using on here, but I just whipped it up with a couple relays. The audio already comes in through an fm transmitter, so now we have the video to go with it. I can even feed my phone into it through my rear monitor system.

Anyways, so this all ties together, I found a sweet OEM style switch to control my video input setup, and I needed to remove the heated seat switch to make room for it.

My aftermarket heated seat switches match the heat controls, and have white back lighting, plus 5 settings instead on the OEM just on and off.

Here’s some pics of how it turned out:

Check the build link in my signature.
Must be north of the 49th ll - the seat heaters here are integrated into the AC controller unit. ;)
Those switches look pretty sweet though. Nice mods.

I am! Only the platinum and pro are integrated like yours, those I would have been happy with!

You can definitely do that. However I just cleaned out my shop and chucked my scribbling of a design for it sorry. Just cut the camera feed and stuff video into it instead, plus you need to power up the reverse wire into the deck to activate it
