I bought it in November 19 with 173k, and the previous owner only had routine maintenance done and some door actuators replaced. I replaced the water pump when I got it because it was weeping, and went ahead and did the belt and tensioner too. I changed all the fluids shortly after I got it as well, and they still had a good color to them. Dropped the transmission pan and replaced the filter, and changed all 12 qts of fluid. Replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the MAF and throttle body. New brake pads. Right now all I'd like to do is bleed the brakes, and change the power steering fluid.

Good looking truck and congrats on the trouble free performance!

May I ask, how many miles did you truck have on it when you installed your life and larger tires? Did you re-gear your truck? Curious to know about transmission performance and durability.

4 1/2 BDS Lift and 35 Nitto RG tires went on at 50k. My mpg and rpm stayed the same so i didn’t regear. I drive in S mode with towhaul-ass engaged and have done so since mile one. I use my gear jammer daily as I drive and as an engine brake. It’s been a 6 yr love affair that I don’t see ending soon.

Thanks for the response. Sounds like our transmissions are stout and built to last. With the wheels and how you drive, it can’t be easy on the truck.

Installed 34” tires here at 1500 miles. Just rolled 11,000 miles. I haven’t done any hard driving and never used tow haul but I need to now that I’ve installed the TRD exhaust, I find myself smashing the throttle more often.

2018 SR5 that was bought 23 months ago. I don't have 15k miles on it yet. Thinking about trading it in within the next week or two for a 4x4 CM SR5 VooDoo Blue Tundra.

2014 5.7 FF SR 4WD just turned 217,000 miles. Purchased new in December 2014. Driven with heavy loads in bed and body has taken fair amount of abuse as an industrial construction work truck. Many long cross country runs and heavy commuting in Houston. traffic. No problems other than the damn door lock actuators. My only complaints are the lack of thermostat setting on AC and the very limited wiper controls on SR. About to add stainless exhaust.

Previous truck was 2007 SR5 4.7 2WD Longbed Double Cab I bought with 115,000 hard miles. I used the truck all the way to 375,000 miles before trading it in. No significant problems other than replacing suspension parts and routine maintenance.

'14 with 150k and some change. Only issues, like others said, the door actuator. Had regular maintenance done, gonna need some new brakes altogether soon but other than that runs like a charm

I bought my 2015 crewmax limited in June of last year. It had 134,000 miles on it. It just turned over to 150,000 the other day. What a great truck! I mean, that’s why we buy them right?...... to work, play and DRIVE!!

I can tell you unless he put a pre-2017 center cluster in his truck - that isn’t a 2019.

15 CM Tundra with 70k and amazed at how few miles I've put on my vehicles in the past year. I changed my wife's oil...ahem...changed the oil in my wife's 15 MDX last summer and still haven't hit 2k miles since then! I need to get it changed just because it's getting old.
