    well done, sir.
I picked up the 91/30 from Big 5 for $79.
I bought the K98 (it’s a Russian capture but doesn’t have the eagles peened) from Southern Ohio Gun for $289. The K98 is actually 5th from the top. Above it is a M48 Yugo Mauser that looks mint.

I thought someone would bite on the the K31 or SKS for most money but I was able to get those for less than $200 a piece. Ah the good old days...

I've always wanted one of those..
On rare occasion I go to a show I'll look for one.
Never have found a nice one.

Seen a few nice ones on GB.
Even if I did buy one, not sure I could find ammo for it these days...

I paid $250 for my Russian one early last year. In 2019, they were selling for $199. As for the Chinese ones, about 10 years ago if you bought a 1250rd crate of 7.62x39 some stores would throw in a Chinese SKS for $75.

    Still rolling stock baby....
    Nothing fancy.

    A Henry single shot 243.
I will say it has about the best looking wood stock I have seen on a mass produced rifle.

Got a scope base and hammer extension on order from Henry.
Have 4 boxes of federal fusion 95gr on order. Ouch $50 a box

Looking for a scope. No hurry

SKS are ubiquitous here in Canuckistan. They're like the Cooey .22LR and Lee Enfield .303. If you don't own one now, you did in the past. Just about every gun owner has at least one SKS. The Russian ones were the most common in the early 2000's then the Chinese ones started showing up more around 2010.

I have a crate of Russian surplus kicking around. I don't shoot it often because I like my other guns better. For cleaning, I found the easiest method was to get a plastic tote, strip the rifle down, dump the parts in the tote and pour boiling water down the barrel. Then let everything soak for 20 minutes or so. Dry off, oil, reassemble. A hassle, but not as in depth as some people make it out to be. I'm of the opinion people worry too much. Is Russian rifle. Is fine.

My buddy has the p365.I love sig firearms and products. The p365 just wasn’t as comfortable to me as the hellcat. The trigger guard wasn’t shaped right for me. But other than that badass firearm. Don’t think you can go wrong either way. I run sig optics, range finders everything never had an issue.

Did it come with the night sights or did you add them?
    I need a set for my G43X.

I have a MGW Glock sight pusher with the 43 adapter.
I just can't decide which NS I want.

Also did you look into the Shield 15 rd mags?
    Shield Arms - S15 Catch Combo 1

Took right around a month to receive mine after ordering and paying for them..
I bought 3 Shield mags and their metal mag catch.
I've installed the catch, shoved an empty mag in, but I've yet to shoot it with the 15rd mags.

    otpcis09_7eff39ee07553e231283f5fa448f5b934a28a42d.jpg

Hell, I've yet to shoot my 43X at all since I bought it before the election..:eek2:

I added my sights. My go-to are Trijicon HD with the yellow ring on the front sight. I only run factory Glock mags in my Glocks. I'm not willing to compromise reliability for capacity in a carry gun. I just carry a spare mag.

    I like that.
    Both points that you made...

I've yet to run the Shield mags.
If they didn't work out, I could probably sell the mags and catch at a profit with the wait times from the manufacturer.

10+1 and 10 to spare aren't bad odds in a given situation..
Certainly something to be said about keeping it stock....
