I was new to the Tundra game about 2 years ago. I recently sold my 2014 DC SR5 4WD due to a deal I couldn't refuse from Carvana. I have a 2021 CM SR5 4WD on order right now and am anxiously awaiting delivery. On my 2014 I had the stock suspension with stock TRD wheels and 285/65/ R18. I never had any issues with rubbing and never had to do any other mods to make things work.

On my new 2021 I want to go just a little bigger but not to big. I do a lot of highway driving so I'd rather not do anything too radical. Also, I do not want to do any mods to make things work..... I would like to use a Toyo AT3 285/60 R20 and I found some rims that I really like that are a 20X9 with a +18 offset. I believe this will put the tires a little less than an inch outside the wheel wells.

My question is this...... Can I just do a front leveling kit and get the new tire/wheel setup to work with no issues (rubbing, etc)? I've looked at Bilstein adjustable shocks, toytec spacers, and even Coachbuilder rear lift shackles to help make things work.....

I like just a little bit of rake but the way it comes from Toyota is just a little too much rake. Mistakes with suspension and/or wheels and tires are costly and I'm looking for input from members that have gone through similar.

    Thank you in advance.

It should fit Todd. I ran 295/55r20 tires with a 1.9” lift and had zero issues

If you have issues in the front Coachbuilder sells a front bumper shim kit for the clearance needed.

Factory TSS 20x9 +50 offset. I did remove the mud flaps but that was prior to install

I'm more worried about the back of the front tire rubbing than the front.
