TRD exhaust and intake. Pocket fender flares. Line-X: chrome grill, chrome bumpers, fender flares, rocker panels. Deck rail /w tie down cleats. Undercover Swing Case x2. All weather mats. Stereo system with custom underseat sub box and TacoTunes recurve EZQ.
Ordered an Undercover Ultra Flex cover, hasn't shipped yet, and found out that my tie down cleats will not work with it? Does anyone know if there is a work around? Could I get the system that works without the deck rails and relocate them?

You can get smaller D Rings and bolts/washers/nuts and make your own. If you go to any big box store, I'm sure you can find something in the hardware aisle. I haven't done it yet, but I've got the same cover

I have the undercover flex and had to remove by cleats. There are some brackets that allow you to lower your rails so you can use the cleats but I didn't get them. I don't remember if the cover came with them or not though. Sorry not much help.

I just got the Ultra Flex. It comes with lighting and a storage bag that mounts to the rails. Its also a matte black and you can open and close the tailgate without popping the lid.

Side question, does anybody else have a problem with the brackets for their flex slipping off occasionally?

I have an UndercoverFlex with no bedrails. The actual way it works, I have order the brackets based on whether you have rails or not. They send me brackets required to attach the cover to the truck but appears over time they move around or get loose. Also the edge plastic trim on both sides of the bed on the top gets bubble ipad and I need press it down to move it back to original position.

Thank you in advance for suggestions on how to make it right and forever. I hate constantly tighten those brackets, total of 6,actually 3 per side.

Is there any way to modify it something an have like rail on both sides?
I'm very sorry if this was answered somewhere.
