    Damn, that looks good!

I know you mentioned towing would be limited, but will you still be able to get a full pull if attaching a shackle?

3DA28788-0128-47F2-97E8-114C7EC901C1.jpg Thanks, I don’t think towing will be limited. I don’t tow much but requested full functionality. The drop you’ll need for the hitch will be a lot for some applications. Shackle should be super stout. If the frame can handle it the bumper and tow hitch will too. He’s building it bomb proof.

I need to stop revealing, but damn I’m so excited and miss my truck. Also hoping the added weight will calm my Hd leaf pack down while unloaded. Gonna slam some train tracks immediately to test it LOL

Hey guys, I just wanted to offer up anther option for bumpers. We are expanding our shop a bit and we got some new equipment so we are looking to start shipping tundra bumpers. You can pm me for more information or check out some of our work on Instagram @ sob_fabrication.

We also hope to be offering a true high clearance rear bumper that will require cutting the bedsides in the next couple months.

Well... I damaged it, used that as an excuse to get a custom high clearance bumper. It’s a work of art too. Holes all
over it. Still weighs 110 pounds! And I mean I wanted to be able to see my suspension lol I’m an idiot and will probably be an idiot again.

Nah. I'm over 20K in, and it's a truck. I don't panic at nics, scratches, or minor dents. It's my 3rd new vehicle and I plan to keep her forever, but I've always shied away from chopping it up. Like I said "boc, boc, baGAWK!"

I guess it’s all in what exactly you’re cutting.

Cutting the front headlamp skirts for an ARB bumper... not too bad and an inexpensive replacement.
Cutting the lower rear after an accident... not too bad.
Cutting on a perfectly straight, still new truck... slightly intimidating.

And I had a fabricator cut it. Was not a DIY for me. He’s also gonna dump my exhaust above the rear axle. Though that’s easy, it’s important once you’ve raised the bedsides.

Yeah, ARB dropped off my list because of the :sawzall: required. I think you're right about the straight panels though. If I crunched the rear like @Skey44 I would be more inclined to go this route. Still, yanking out the hitch is intimidating. The Tundra is my only vehicle, so having it in a shop for weeks doesn't work for me either.

Well I looked at all the pre-fabbed stuff and honestly I just love his style and knowledge. He was probably so sick of me asking about c4 and arb! He knows what he’s doing. I had previously had my sliders welded on by him so it’s been a while in the making. B010778C-8914-4290-BF81-A28DEB4E5C55.jpg
Plus my dad has a 200 series Land Rover he loaned me. Definitely blessed there.

I’m the same way on shop work.
It’s still my daily for a bit longer and I tow regularly.
Once it’s a full time toy I’m going with a bumper like Scott’s.

I was going that route with my sliders until I got a killer deal on the C4s.
    The attachment points are insane.
I’m pretty sure you could lift the truck by one side and let hang.

Those and RCI were tops for me. They actually use a forklift to show the mounting strength on RCI's site.

Thanks man. I think I’ve sent a couple of customers his way through this site. He did a good job. And unless you know what you’re looking at most people didn’t know how cool the sliders were unless they did. Sure there will be a little more attention once the front and rear bumpers are completed. Bc obviously they’re gonna be nice and change the total look of the truck!
