Great news, my main powder coater just visited and he might be starting back up Wednesday, this will greatly increase the amount of plates I can put out

Installed my plates today! Nice job Tyler, everything fit and lined up properly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Tyler, the whole process start to finish was smooth and the product is very nice.

 

Installed my plates over the weekend. 3/16” front and rear. These things are solid and couldn’t be happier.

 

Sweet! Looks like it fits very nice and great coverage. Too bad all that beautiful handiwork is hidden under the truck.
Excited to get mine in!

 

Can anyone tell me what the average wait time is for Tyler’s plates to ship out?

 

He can give you his current status based on the current number of orders, but its not bad at all. For a one man shop and 2 powdercoaters, he's doing really well. He has excellent customer service and communication as well. You won't be disappointed!

 

Yeah...great looking product.. He got back to me right away... Ordered one back on March 6th... Hate to keep asking him.. He must be swamped

 

He does have alot of orders but he is very good at keeping track of who is next in line. Keep in mind that he also has another job so he is definitely putting in some hours. Dont worry, he is a Tundra owner himself so he knows how important this is to his customers. He won't let anyone down.

 

Very nice, great idea, flip the truck upside down, making install super easy.

My second plate arrives today, T case oil comes in a few days, change that and on they go.

 

I am going to assume you are mr shellhorn. If so, you have been a victim of bad timing left and right. I have your plates, and they are going to powder coat tomorrow (to my main powder coater) and should have a quick turn around

Glad you're making progress. One possible point of feedback on your site: The image you use on the main page is HUGE when I view it in Safari (not sure on other browsers...) and I have to scroll down about 1/2 page to see the product listing Maybe shrink that one down a bit so folks can see the rest of the information on the page?

Edit: "image" = your logo. There's a small one at the top, then a GIANT one on the page itself.

Someone was asking about heat in an earlier post so I took a temp gun and checked the surface temp. Currently 88 degrees in Tampa. Drove 19 miles/40 minutes and took the surface temp of the plates when I pulled in. Next to the vent holes on the front plate was about 135 and the rear plate was about 120. Heat is not an issue at all with these plates.

What's this set run? In TRD Red shipped to Ca?

 

These are 1/4” aluminum, powder coated this red is $65 more a plate, so it would be $880 shipped. I have these in the back seat of my truck, holy crap they look good

 

Still excited for the front skid plate too... any idea on those?
