    Found out the knocking noise from my f100. I was going to rebuild the motor, but I ran across a new reman/crate 390, so I went that route. Pulled my old motor and started taking it apart, the cam bearings had went to shit, the cam would mover back and forth a good bit, so it was coming out far enough to hit the timing cover. So, she runs like a raped ape now.
