Pic of the new lugs next to an OEM lug nut. These fit nicely in my Fuel wheels. With 150+ miles, I can say the lug nuts were my issue.

Sorry guys, I should not have made such a broad statement. I should have said, if the wheels you have from factory use the sleeve lug nut, if you don't use a lug centering adaptor to balance them, you more that likely will have vibration problems. All the other wheels, even the spares are hub centric. Sometimes I need to slow down with me thoughts. In my shop, I'm always in trouble shooting mode, even with my guys.

Hey, just to let you know, this definitely worked for me. Replaced the lug nuts that came with the rims with these Gorilla ones, making sure I was using the recommended torque settings and "voila", no more vibration. I drove all the way up to 75 mph around 13 miles in the highway and so far everything smooth and sweet...!! (got to love it...!!!)
I must admit that I was kind of hesitant at first because the lug nuts that were provided with the rims are ET as well :monocle:... but, did compare them and noticed that the Gorilla ones were slightly larger. Anyway, it certainly worked well.
    Thanks..!!!

These are the ones I ordered:

    - GRLA-26048ET 14mm x 1.5 Lug Nuts Mag E-T #26048ET

Here is the link: (hope I'm not braking any rules :fingerscrossed:)

    https://www.brandsport.com/grla-26048et.html

The ones that came with the rims are: RHI 8734K6ET-Z (Even though they are M14x1.5, they are slightly shorter in length, see comparison below):

    Hope it helps...;)

Just wanted to post an update. The lugs did improve my issue, but did not resolve it completely. What did help was replacing the lower and upper controls arms. I noticed minor cracking in the bushings, and went JBA for the uppers and MOOG for the lowers.

I can now say the issue is about 98% resolved. I still get a little vibration at 60mph when cold, but if I drop the PSI to 34ish it is pretty much gone. Currently at 39 psi (LT tires, and I had a 4500 lb load recently). Thanks for everyone's input.

1300lbs in bed, remainder on trailer.

Not sure if you already answered this but, what are the tire/rim size you are running?

For whatever reason I always get vibration when tires shops mount my wheels and torque to "spec". Then I go home, loosen and re-torque by hand. All vibration goes away doing this. Not sure if it's dumb luck but it's worked the past 5 times I've dismounted my wheels. I have Icon Rebounds with regular acorn lug nuts. When I bought my wheels I was told to not use ET lug nuts.
