Yes, you cut the original trim piece. Otherwise you'd not be able to run wires either.

Didn’t make up to Bear Mountain but I got on the Palisades and man do I love it! It’s an awesome upgrade because it drives like a whole different truck.

I've been a bit busy over the last week or so. Got some time off from work so I made a rear seat delete with a pull out drawer, added some UCAs courtesy of Freedom Off Road, and added a set of Bushwacker fender flares. Fender Flares were easy enough... But that trim, my lord they need to do something about that trim.

4” lift and some fuel hardline 20x10 negative 18 offset. 285-55-20. Once the tires run out I’ll go bigger maybe 295/55.

the goal was to be flush or a 1/4” inside the flare.

Got some new shoes today. Nitto Ridge Grapplers, 275/55/20. Great looking. 30 mile drive home and the ride was a little stiffer and the only noticable noise was from 65 to 67 mph, at 70 they got quieter. Running 40 psi, anybody got any suggestions? I'm thinking 40 is a good place to start.

Switched out the rear console cigarette lighter for four USB ports. Special kudos to Stephen - @Chelly - for a quality 3D printed mounting plate. Better than OEM mounting plate with a perfect fit. Smart USB chargers from Sparks (00016-00225) and SE Toyota. Only slow part was getting them installed and shortening the charger wires.

A couple of folks have already asked, but I didn't see an answer. What drone do you have?

And I love the dog watching the drone so closely as it descended!

Did you put PPF behind the flares? I would highly recommend it. Also, Bushwacker has an upgraded "C" channel style of seal.

Thanks, I may bump them up. The sidewall on the 20s is shorter and stiffer so I figured I'd start at a lower pressure. I think I'll put 44 in them and see how it handles. Thanks

This looks sharp! How plug and play was this? I have the wireless charger on the way so installing this while I have the console apart would be optimal.

Perfect time to do it. I had already done the wireless charger but this only requires popping off the back of the console. Get the super excellent mounting plate from @Chelly and the USB chargers from Sparks (or other SE Toyota dealer); remove three screws to replace the plate; screw the USB chargers into the plate (or keep one as the cigarette lighter if you want); wires are long on the chargers - probably 4 feet because made for a number of vehicles - so I shortened wires to about 18 inches, then used the t-taps proved with the chargers to the cigarette lighter wires. Very easy job. Almost idiot proof.
