Pissed over prices or what? Never understood getting mad at the store workers. They don't decide the prices for the products.

I had a lady I had to walk across the store one day. She could not find the insecticides. As I was walking her across the store she said well you need the excercise anyway

some folks are jerks.

 

That's ridiculous. I can't believe people think that's ok. I mean, it sounds like something I'd say to a friend when we're busting each other's balls but I'd never say it to someone I don't know.

 

If you work in any position where you have to deal with the general public, you generally see a LOT of rude behavior like this. Been there, done that. I'm glad I rarely have to deal with them!

Its getting worse. I get it to a point, covid, lock downs, masks, inflation starting to hit hard, I mean I get it, its not like I am riding this crap out. Folks are un easy about a lot of things. But its no reason to insult someone doing their job and working to help you find a solution to your problem.

I know I am fat, I have a mirror, I carry this shit around all day pounding that concrete floor, hell its not like I sit on my ass 7 days a week shoveling twinkies down my gullet. I cook some mean ass BBQ and am going to let it go to waste.

The obvious solution is for you to give me all that delicious BBQ.

 

I worked retail for about 13 years and about 9 or 10 of it was managerial positions. It was a great experience to learn, but people (not all obviously) are freaking terrible. I have TONS of stories from working retail, most being at my own expense from the works of a customer. But it's something about the service industry that customers feel like they can treat you like garbage and still lay their head down on their pillow stuffed with expired coupons to push on the cashier/manager. I try my hardest to go a lil further for workers in the service industry, mostly because I know what it's like to be on that end. I feel for ya man. Not sure what exactly you do, but regardless, I'm 99% sure you dont deserve to be treated like that. Karma comes around man. Keep ya head up, enjoy your bbq, and f*ck em....shovel a few twinkies in once in a while. Lifes short....but....just dont shorten it with TOO many twinkies

 

People are assholes.

 

I've had Oklahoma BBQ sauce that was not my favorite, but the best BBQ to me is the stuff that needs no sauce!
