Yeah, I’ve got a house built in 2014 with a “3 car garage”. The only vehicle I have that will fit in it is my daughter’s Honda.

If you want to really be jealous, check out Obsessed Garage. This guy puts together some insane stuff. If you don’t want to watch the whole thing, you can jump to around 23 minutes to get to the detailing portion:

Fire. Hah the decor is leftover from the guy we bought the place from. I've just been too lazy to get up there and remove it. Too busy building my Mini Cooper for the Autocross season!

Not bad for an '06. One stage correction today. I'd venture to say medium hardness paint allowed 70% of correction to be done. Lake Country HDO blues with 3D One on the G9. Lake Country thin oranges with 3D One on the G8. Some acid and light polishing on the rear glass with CarPro Ceriglass and a LC microfiber pad to remove some hard water marks.

Beautiful work. Have you ever tried the CarPro Rayon pads with Ceriglass?

I have them, yup! I use them for hardcore glass polishing work (they're super messy, but work well). They're great but I've always had to polish afterwards to remove some marring it leaves behind (aka takes a lot longer for me than just a quick couple passes, usually multiple steps).

The glass polishing wasn't a part of this job, so I went for a quick/sufficient job since I tossed him a freebie. The dude owns a fleet of luxury vehicles so I went a little above and beyond with the freebies in hopes of locking in some more correction jobs from him. Some Meguiar's wheel acid to smooth out most lightly water etched glass and the microfiber pad levels it all out nice and neat. I'll grab the Rayon pads for heavier etching or actual scratched/damaged glass.

I don t bother anymore. It rains every few days in portland, and the shine goes to crap. In the long term it s just a waste of money and time although a good coat of wax isn t a bad thing.

I know what you're saying I'm about to take storage insurance off and put the insurance back on mine and it won't be long The pollen will be here. Does the white hide the pollen a little bit more than your MGM used to or definitely black.

It definitely is better than it was on the darker ones. I noticed it mostly on the glass, but could feel it on the paint almost immediately after washing. It’s worse since I don’t dry them.

I saran wrap my vehicles after washing during pollen season. Just pull the saran wrap off when you drive and reapply when the vehicle is parked. Time consuming and you'll be late everywhere you have to go....but CLEAN.
