Well, If the rotor is scored or damaged obviously have them replace it. Then take your truck to another tire shop for any future work....

Hold them responsible for what did happen, not what 'could have' happened. If their stupidity caused any damage then they need to take care of it. As Roborob70 said, if the rotor is scored then they should replace it. Also, if the lockup caused a flat spot on the tire then they should replace that as well.

If you feel like they are not taking responsibility or if they don't seem concerned enough to do whatever is necessary in their shop to prevent similar carelessness in the future then write to their company headquarters including full details.

You'd want to get eyes on the rotor and caliper at minimum. The lug stud can be pressed back in, but if it fell out in the first place it's totally possible that the hub needs to be replaced.

so when i went back the front desk manager was very rude n told me to get out of his space which didnt go well with me but to make a long story short they did replace the rotor n the hub after i left a clamp flew off the truck over another car behind me so i pulled over n didnt see anything else missing when i got home with my newly wably ass shaking truck i realized that all the tires had different pressures n that there was not one new wheel weight on any of the rims n i paid for mount n balance im pissed so i call today n the front end manager hung up on me n never called back tomorrow will be exciting i thought the truck was shaking cause of the new parts all on one side of the truck but then realized they never even balanced the tires

Just don't give a shit, I would take it to the district manager. I would also contact your credit card people and the BBB. I hate when people think they can screw you over.

Well that certainly sucks. Take some pics of the rims with the old weights on it so you have some proof of their negligence, and let us know how you make out tomorrow. Good luck.

Never heard of Tire Pro's in Roseburg. Prolly a new chain there. Haven't been there for years. I lived in Drain and used to drive all the way to Gene's on Diamond Lake back in the late 70's just before I went into the Marines. Gene's has been around for at least 40 years. Go there next time:thumbsup:

Sit down and document everything. Then write a factual review on-line any place that allows people to do it. Don't make stuff up or use curse words. Chances are it'll get someone's attention real fast. I have no idea who "Tire Pros" are but if they want to restore their name they will make everything right. If they are not a good business expect them to threaten you with lawyers and other nonsense.

People make mistakes and tire places don't hire top flight mechanics. But what isn't acceptable is someone giving you attitude because of their work.

These clowns? With their "Hassle-free guarantee"? Heh.

Looks like they're a huge chain with over 700 franchises. I'd say you have a few avenues to get this made right.

Hey, they ASKED for opportunities to improve; I'd say this is a PERFECT opportunity.

Just - use correct spelling, punctuation and capitalization when you write your review. People take things like that more seriously.

Damn... this is going to be good. Please keep updating this thread; I'll go get some popcorn.

The quickest way to get a business who has done you wrong to do the right thing is to call your local TV Stations. Most of them have a consumer hotline. If it sounds like a good story for them, they may pursue it. The last thing any business wants is bad press. Good Luck!

Their most recent Google review: "If I could give a zero, I would.
I bought a set of tires and a 50,000 mile warranty and was religiously getting my tires rotated every 3000 miles.
Long story short, these tires lasted a little over 22,000 miles. Wore out. They wouldn't rotate them anymore and when I showed them I still had the paperwork they said it was my fault, I guess that I thought business's still stood by their word and honored warrantys?
I'm so terribly disappointed with them."

The tire shop pays big bucks for insurance for circumstances exactly like this. Give them the chance to correct your issue if not tell them you want to file a claim on the shops insurance policy

So getting ready to go back to the tire shop it's always nice when you just get new tires put on and you have a flat that you have to fill up before you can go back so they can fix what they originally were going to do

I would Call corporate and make a case

Then go to a different location and have Them fix everything plus some!

If they are any good they’ll honor another “name branded” shop they own

Absolutely. If I were in charge of a chain with that many locations, I’d really want to know if one of my locations was screwing people over like that.

It looks like Roseburg Tirepros has had a lot of bad reviews, including stealing from their customers vehicles.
