So after I installed my Deaver springs, I found that the springs were rubbing against my TRD exhaust. I went to the local muffler shop to get that fixed and have an X pipe installed and saw this o_O

Kinda digging the rubber wheel chalk E-brake. Needs a rope attached for quicker get-away.

This was during install. Anything you were specifically looking for? You can also see where the springs were hitting the exhaust.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it in the bay. When they drove it out, it was definitely a 4 banger

Thanks for that post. Was just curious if you did an over or under spring. Now I know. Did it give you about 1 inch of lift and what shackles did you use ? Thanks......

I bought everything from MCM, who was great btw. The kit includes his shackles. I installed the lift and tires at the same time so not sure how much lift I got. I'm running 35" tires and measure 42.5 in the back.

Should also add that these are the K37 HD springs. They have 400 pounds more load capacity then the standard K37s.

Lots of variables with tire manufacture and air pressure measuring to the ground, but just measured my truck with 37's, and I am at a fat 42". If I did my math correct for the difference in tires, looks like you are about 1.5" suspension lift over stock with those springs and shackles. Thanks for the info..........
