    Brats, sausage, burgers, barbeque, and steaks. I will put ketchup on my meatloaf... but we mix it with mustard and spices and a little honey so it’s almost bbq sauce.

    Are your "smokies" up there a spicy sausage about the size of a bratwurst made with wild game? There's a butcher shop in N. Idaho where I grew up that makes "smokies" that have a unique spice mix and make good use of gamier/stronger flavored wild game like bear or old venison.

    Ketchup on meat loaf is acceptable. When I went to VA Tech, it was mandatory in the cafeteria.
    More ketchup than meat loaf. But the ice cream freezer was unlimited access, so 10 or 12 fudge sickles made for a well rounded meal.
