Locked in Park (I can manually unlock)
    ABS light on
Brake light on (I checked fluid)
    Air Bag light on
    4Hi 4Lo flashing.

    NO OTHER LIGHTS

No codes (tried disconnecting battery for 20 mins)

    Question:
Is there a common fuse for these systems?
Getting ready to start checking sensors for damage

All sensors seem to be in tact for wheels, front impact sensors, and yellow harness under each seat.
I can drive the truck, but the speedo does not work. All other lights remain the same.

just posted for the same issue lol it seems to be common with tundras... did you get the error on the display that says trailer break controller error? i read about this issue and a lot of people suggested to replace battery , check for the wheel speed sensors on the rear and check for fuses or any cut wires on that harness. and like you said i can't go out of park unless i override

Problem Solved... I am really disappointed nobody came up with this. The answer to the question: Is there a common fuse for these systems? The answer is ECU1. Problem was ECU1 Fuse bad. Not obvious under the dash looking upside down.
    Hope this helps someone...
