Update: just installed a Rough Country 2 5/8 inch front lift/leveling kit. Tires and rims coming soon. Thinking about getting ones with offset of maybe -15? What you guys think?

Truck looks good so far. But yes 18x10 -15 offset will stick out pretty far. I guess it depends what kind of look you're going for.

I personally like something in the range like a 18x9 +18 offset. This will stick out about an inch from the fenders. (Without fender flares) Nothing too crazy. Check out the wheel/tire forum, and suspension forums. There lots of good pics with examples to get an idea what you like.

Nice set up man. Quick question - I'm new to the Truck World and I'm wondering about leveling my 2021 Tundra SR5. What are some of the best leveling kits out there as there are so many? Also why did you choose the leveling kit you did? Was it hard to install or did you have someone do it?

So I went with the rough country brand, they are known to make quality parts. Ready lift is another good one. I chose this kit based on the difference of the measurements of my front and back. It’s not hard to install if you have the right tools, I did not so I had my buddy put them in. I just hated the nose rake look I had. My dad is putting a kit on his 2014 SR5 4x4 soon. I’ll post his when he does that!

Can you advise how to do the measurements to know which ones i should look at?

Leveling mine with the TRD pro fox suspensions, should show up tomorrow. I’ll report back after I install it.

I would not suggest fitting negative offset rims.

You can measure from the ground up to the fender or from the center of the rim up to the fender. Do that on both the back and front. Take the difference of those numbers and that the kit you’ll need. Also, be sure to measure on a flat surface. Something like a driveway with an incline won’t give you an accurate measurement.

Yeah after some research I don’t think I will. Only thing I’m struggling with is tire size. Want 295/70s but my tire guy said he recommends 305/65s. What are you running?

I’ll be running 285/75r17s about the same size as 285/70r18s, on methods with +25. I’ll have it all on the end of the month and I’ll let you know how it turns out.

    Also on a RCSB btw.
