I've got an 04 double cab sr5 and one of my favorite features was the power rear window. Worked fine when I got the truck, and stop working a couple months later. It randomly started working again about a week ago, worked great for a few days, and now does not work again.

When I press the switch on the dash I can hear a click coming from the back of the cab, so I know power is getting to the motor.

I assumed that the regulator assembly was shot, but maybe not since it started randomly working again?

    Any thoughts?

Sounds like the regulator motor....check this post of mine out. You can replace it or try replacing the motor. Before I found the motor link I replaced the whole regulator...not hard, but a 2nd set of hands will make it 10x easier.
