I have a 2007 5.7 Crewmax. I have TRD Exhaust, and it's not growling enough for me. It's a Dual In/Out system. Living in CA it's frowned upon to do headers or have cold air intake, along with various other things. I'm not a fan of raspy exhaust but a deep growl is nice. My TRD exhaust is very quiet IMO. I have been looking at various mufflers because as of right now, aside from resonators, changing out the muffler would be the best option. I have heard Borla, Flowmaster Super 10, Black Widow Race Venom, and Magnaflo. Black Widow do far has sounded the best based on the sound I'm looking for, and right now I'm looking for other suggestions. Should or do I need to change out the pipes if I'm running 2.5" already? Is just changing out the muffler going to create the change I'm looking for? Any suggestions are appreciated.

@dirtydeeds Hit up Keith. He will have you squared away in no time. I'd say most forum members swear by his product.

I've had mine from dirtydeeds as well now for 3 yrs and absolutely happy. Now I need one for my FJ. I wish I would have heard of him sooner before dripping 1400.00 on two previous exhaust systems. Was not happy with the first two.
