Those were definitely NOT inspired by Geno’s work... but they were fun to make! Pretty sure they’ll come out next time I do a hand wash. If not, they’ll compliment the others further up the truck.

Added a little color to the Tuna. I was on the fence about this mod as it has become kinda gimeky, but I'm happy with outcome. Thanks to previous post's, I purchased the Dupont Caliper paint kit on Amazon. I removed the rear caliper from the disc and pad but did not remove brake line. Left the fronts on as you can paint as is.

Are those the OEM black lugs? Any issue with paint chipping on them?

    Came out ok no problems?

Took it through a car wash (don't haze me!). Been warm (above freezing) the last week and a half or so and was waiting for the 'OMG IT'S WARM LETS ALL SWARM THE CAR WASH' craze to die down a bit. They don't work the best but I at least don't feel like I'm neglecting the hell out of my truck with all the salt on it. Need to get it to stay above freezing at night to get the hose back out and do a proper wash.

Half ripped off my driver's side drip molding on the roof again. Need to reinstall some new double sided tape. This time the front clip stayed on and the rest of the tape I put on failed.

Here is the newest generation they are taking pre-orders on. I like my second generation HU just fine, but since I’m a technoaddict, I ordered this one because it has a faster processor and is sporting Android 9, and I ordered CarPlay preinstalled.

I should have mentioned, ECGS pre-installed the Eaton elocker. Makes the actual truck installation pretty much a simple drop-in for the shop I’m working with. Big benefit is that the warranty is with ECGS and not my local shop.

No issues removing the plugs. When I pulled out the passenger front coil pack, the gasket caught the wire harness, slipped off the coil and fell down somewhere. I searched for that thing for half an hour and never found it. Had to run to autozone to get a new one.

Well... the right way to do it is to use an oven at 215* or so, turn it off, throw in the housing on cardboard for 15 mins and pry them apart. I cracked my original housings in a few spots trying that so I went a more barbaric route and used a dremel with cutting wheel. You can see the cuts up close but black silicone on the black backing hides most of it.

I still wouldn't trust it. Of course, I've never seen more than an inch or two of ice down here, and that was growing up in North Mississippi.

Is there a thread for the PIDs for the Transmission pan and torque converter temps?
