    Welcome to the forum.

I recommend you use your mirrors and look over your shoulder when changing lanes.
It's worked for many of us for a lifetime, driving for 42 years myself...
    Don't depend on technology..

    Good luck...1LL

The best mirror money can buy is the $2.00 round convex mirror. I tried the one with the side pivoting different than the main part. Didnt like at no time is everything in one mirror. The convex you can see everything in it alone. Rectangle ones sucked, ones that pivoted sucked. Again round convex i think i used 2". Thrilled with it.

We've discussed aftermarket tow mirrors that have BSM, but you'll need some of the mechanics to chime in as it relates to wiring bundles and the funky rear "plates" off the rear bumper.

The mirrors only house the light indicators but you are correct, the radars sensors are behind the bumpers, one on each side.

As far as aftermarket support Tundra doesn't have mirror housed and taillight housed BSM options at the time.

I use the rectangle ones, I've been happy with them..

I've been so used to these so long, that little rectangle works fine for me..
Still forget that I have a backup camera...

+1, I set my sideview mirrors to monitor my blindspots. Taught my kids to do the same.

These are from Amazon, I like it because it doesn’t have the black rim
