I saw my truck last week. It was a white 4x4 CM with Pro grill, black bumpers, black wheels, and color matched pocketed fender flares. It was a TSS OR. I know Toyota offers a black out package on the TSS but not sure about the bumpers. Also the wheels looked like 18s and not 20s which I believe are included on the TSS pkg.. Can you get black bumpers from the factory? These looked almost like OEMs.

Most likely just wrapped, plastidipped or powdercoated.

Probably cheaper just to go that route.

You could get black bumpers from the factory. They are on work trucks. TSS is a package offered by regional dealers. I am guessing they probably swaped them with work trucks. If you want black bumpers, you could ask the dealer if they could just swap the bumpers for you. Chrome bumpers are more expensive, so it's win-win for them, especially if they are modding their trucks anyway. Smaller dealers, I am guessing, would be less inclined to change out parts on brand new trucks.
